In 1982 the Law Offices of David E. Ralston was founded on a commitment to provide high quality legal services to the citizens of the North Georgia mountains, while also working to improve the North Georgia communities our clients and staff call home.  Since its founding, our firm's approach has continued to be grounded in providing highly skilled attorneys and support staff that understand the issues of its clients, relate to the values clients hold dear, and to wok diligently to provide a successful resolution to the client's case in a cost efficient manner.

​Focused on providing honest, quality legal services, our firm is dedicated to its clients, as well as the communities in which we serve them.  In addition to the firm's business calendar, our attorneys devote time to serving the citizens of our North Georgia community, from providing service as legal counsel and a director for local non-profit organizations, serving as appointed members of local government authorities and boards, to service to our state as a leader in the Georgia House of Representatives.  



The firm's thriving practice over the past thirty years has led to a wealth of legal experience within the firms members, ultimately having served as the legal practice foundation for attorneys that have gone on to serve the citizens of North Georgia as members of the judiciary in the Appalachian Judicial Circuit.  From the firm's creation through today, the same work ethic, professional integrity and highly skilled representation of clients persists.

Our firm's office is conveniently located in the Town & Country Building in scenic downtown Blue Ridge, Georgia.  Our attorneys are licensed to practice in all Georgia state trial and appellate courts, as well as federal courts housed in the State of Georgia.
